Because all LEVL9design products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on gift items or digital art prints. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

Gift items (tote bags, socks, notebooks, etc.) are printed to order and ship within 3 business days.

Art prints are produced at the time of order and ship within 5 business days.

Shipping fees are included in the price.
